- 1 ½ oz Pyrat XO Reserve Rum
- Splash of Malibu Rum or Coconut Milk
- 1 Banana
- 1 oz Coconut Water (Bai)
- Fresh Coconut flakes for Garnish
- Fill a blender halfway with ice.
- Add ingredients.
- Blend until frosty and creamy.
- Pour into a wine coupe or martini glass and top with coconut flakes.
