
Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 oz Monday Gin
- 3 Tablespoons Peach Puree
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- 2 oz Fever Tree Tonic Water
- 1 oz Ginger Ale
- 1 Sprig Tarragon for Garnish
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
- Add gin, peach puree, honey.
- Shake well and strain into a champagne glass.
- Top with tonic and ginger ale and garnish with tarragon sprig.
