Ingredients:
- 1 mini pineapple juice
- 1 ginger beer
- 1 mini rum bottle (Bacardi Light) 50 ml
- Fresh mint leaves and dehydrated pineapple
Directions:
- Fill a collins glass with ice.
- Add mini rum contents.
- Add a splash of pineapple juice and top with ginger beer. Stir.
- Add fresh mint and pineapple as garnish.
